Based on the Lancashire/Yorkshire border near Skipton, we offer backdrop hire for weddings, corporate events and private functions. Whether your event is being held in a marquee, a hotel, or a diy venue, we can provide a backdrop that will create the perfect focal point.

Designed and manufactured by our own team, our backdrops are robust enough for indoor/outdoor use and can withstand as much dressing as you like!

We offer a number of hire options, ranging from a completely undressed backdrop to one including full lighting and dressing. Just let us know your preference when enquiring and we can have a chat about your plans!

Our backdrops range from £195 – £375 and we have both steel and wooden arches/backdrops/hoops available to hire.

We aim to take as much of the stress out of the wedding planning process as possible. We are familiar with local venues and are more than happy to meet you at your venue and have a chat about your requirements and to give you some lighting ideas and options for your chosen venue.

/ 2.7m Arch

Our popular 2.7m arch can be hired with or without lighting. When booking an arch with lighting, we will give you a number of styles to choose between.

This arch makes a fabulous backdrop to place behind your top table and is also large enough to walk through even with lighting (depending on the style chosen). We recommend getting a few different uses out of your hire, for example, your guests will love having group photo’s under our arches once the tables are removed and the lights are dimmed for your evening reception!

/ 2.4m Arch

Just like our larger 2.7m arch, the 2.4m arch can be hired with or without lighting.

If you’re using this arch as a walkway, we recommend you hire it without lighting to ensure you have enough head height for your guests to pass through easily. The great thing is, it is wide enough to have two guests walk through hand in hand so this arch makes a fabulous entrance walkway!

It also looks great as a backdrop for your ceremony or reception.

/ Freestanding Top Table Canopy

An exciting new product for 2020, our freestanding top table canopy is super versatile!

The rustic overhead plank is suspended entirely by our arch, meaning that your top table can lift straight out for your evening reception, leaving the frame for use as a photo backdrop or walkway.

The length of the canopy can be set to seat either 6 or 9 people comfortably (2 or 3 standard trestle tables). Just specify the number of guests to be seated at the top table when booking and we will sort the rest!

Hire with or without draped lighting – we recommend with for the ultimate statement!

/ Apex Wooden Frame

Perfect for welcoming your guests, we think our wooden apex frame looks great with fresh or dried flowers to tie in with the rest of your day. It can also be used for a welcome sign or even table plan.

/ Crescent

Our half arch is perfect for a statement entrance or backdrop. It looks at it’s best adorned with flowers!

/ Full Gold Hoop

Our full gold hoop is perfect to host any kind of seating plan or looks great draped with photographs. Take a look at our inspiration below but feel free to enquire about hiring it for any other idea you may have!

/ Hexagonal Wooden Backdrop

Our hexagonal wooden backdrop is beautifully rustic. You can dress the base, top or sides in flowers and other decor to suit your day. This one looks great in a barn setting or for a bohemian styled wedding.
